ダウンロード可能なデジタル商品：ウェブサイト上のキャンセルボタンを押すことで注文をキャンセルできます。ダウンロード後の商品：未使用またはご希望に合わない商品は、ダウンロードから10日以内にカスタマーサポート（+81 080 2257 0954 または washizora@gmail.com）にご連絡いただいた場合に限り、返金または同等またはそれ以下の価格の商品との交換が可能です。使用後の商品の返品・交換はお受けできません。
ダウンロード商品やサービスに不具合がある場合の返品・交換：上記の電話番号またはメールアドレスにてカスタマーサポートまでご連絡ください。追加費用なしで返金または新しいダウンロード商品と交換いたします。
納期
ダウンロード商品は、Stripe経由のクレジットカード決済完了後、直ちにアクセス可能です。
ご利用可能な支払い方法
Stripe決済によるクレジットカード。銀行振込もご利用いただけますが、ダウンロード商品のアクセスは決済完了後のみ可能です。銀行振込をご希望の場合は、口座情報および手続きについてお問い合わせください。
価格
商品の価格は、すべてのダウンロード可能な商品に記載されている通りです。
特記事項：すべての価格は現状のままの価格です。ただし、日本国内の定期購読およびダウンロード購入については、10%の消費税（JCT）が課されます。一方、海外からの定期購読およびダウンロード購入については、消費税は課されません。
日本国内からの支払いについては、10%の消費税を加算する必要がある点にご注意ください。

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Downloadable digital items: You can cancel your order by pressing the cancel button on the website. Items after download: Unused or undesirable items can be refunded or exchanged for items of equal or lesser value only if you contact customer support (+ 81 080 2257 0954 or washizora@gmail.com) within 10 days of the download of the item. I do not accept returns or exchanges of items after use.
Returns and exchanges for defective downloads or services: Please contact customer support at the number or email above. I will refund or exchange new downloadable products at no extra cost.
DELIVERY TIMES
Downloadable products are available immediately for access after credit card payment via Stripe.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Credit cards via Stripe payment processing. Bank transfers are also accepted, though downloadable orders can only be accessed after payment has been completed. For bank transfers, please contact me about account information and processing.
PRICES
Prices for goods are as shown on all downloadable merchandise.
Special note: All prices are as is, with the caveat that for Japanese domestic subscriptions & downloadable purchases, 10% JCT (Japanese Consumption Tax) is required. But for foreign subscriptions & downloadable purchases, no JCT is required.
Please note that for any Japanese domestic payments, I am required to add 10% JCT.
